The core

JoS QUANTUM Intelligence

Five modules over one corpus. The joins between them are the point: a hardware milestone that moves changes a use-case window, and a use-case requirement is what makes a milestone worth watching.

Module 1

Vendor profiles and comparison

Superconducting, trapped-ion, neutral-atom, photonic and annealing vendors side by side: physical and logical qubits, gate and readout error, coherence, connectivity, error-correction approach. Every cell carries its source and date.

Module 2

Roadmaps and slippage

Vendor milestones on a shared time axis, physical and logical qubits kept apart. Demonstrated results drawn solid, projections dashed. A milestone that moves keeps its original date — the slippage record nobody else publishes in structured form.

Module 3

MERIQ use-case benchmarks

Scored use cases with the full published scorecard: five criteria against published anchors, the weakest-link cap, the binding constraint and the horizon — each mapped to the roadmap milestones that would have to land first.

Module 4

Briefs and change record

Every figure that moves is logged with its date, its source and a note on why it matters, and periodic briefs read the quarter. This is what a subscription is for: the dataset is maintained, not published once.

Module 5

Investor and filings analysis

Listed pure plays, parents, pre-IPO candidates and private rounds, read for one question: is the announced capital expenditure funded? Verbatim quotes, sourced figures, our own arithmetic labelled as ours. Not investment advice.

Throughout

Provenance, structurally

No number enters the dataset without its status, its basis and its date — the schema refuses it, and the service refuses to start if a citation does not resolve. A vendor’s target renders as the vendor’s, never as a prediction of ours.

Modules

Two add-ons for readers with a second question. Both require an annual Intelligence subscription, are switched on per account, and are available on request.

RISQ · Shor estimator

Labs

RISQ and the Shor estimator: the tools behind our own research, with the full model rather than the browser demo.

What it does

RISQ. Model a business-risk graph — risk events, their probabilities and the dependencies between them — and estimate the tail two ways, classical Monte Carlo and quantum amplitude estimation, side by side. A sensitivity ranking orders the risk drivers by how far each one moves the result. The method is our published paper, arXiv:2103.05475.

Shor estimator. From an RSA key size to the logical and physical qubits, the runtime, and the roadmap year hardware gets there — with the error-correction sizing behind the physical count shown, not hidden.

Who it is for
Risk quants and model-validation teams who want to see where amplitude estimation stands against Monte Carlo on their own structure; security and cryptography teams putting a date on a post-quantum migration.

Reduced versions of both run in your browser, without an account.

Bitcoin · Ethereum

Wallet exposure

What the chain already gives away about a Bitcoin or Ethereum address.

What it does

An address goes in; an exposure tier comes out, derived from what the chain actually holds. Where the public key is on chain, a large enough quantum computer could attack it at leisure; where only its hash is, it cannot. Taproot addresses are exposed from the moment they are funded, because the address is the key.

Each verdict carries its evidence, the migration steps that apply today and those that wait for post-quantum schemes, and a threat timeline from published resource estimates.

In preparation: bulk checks across an address list, and monitoring.

Who it is for
Custody, treasury and compliance teams holding Bitcoin or Ethereum on their own keys or for clients, who need to say which holdings are exposed and in what order to move them.
Try the demo

The address check reads live chain data and runs inside the platform. The Shor demo runs the resource model behind its threat timeline, and our account-type analysis of Bitcoin and Ethereum sets out the reasoning behind the tiers.

No machine able to break secp256k1 exists today. The tier says what is exposed, not when it will be attacked. The check never asks for a private key, a seed phrase or an extended public key, and refuses one if it is pasted.

How it fits

One platform, one account, one invoice. Intelligence is the core; the modules are switched on for your account when you add them.

One account

One named e-mail address per account. You sign in with a link sent to that address, and the same sign-in opens every module your account includes.

One invoice

Intelligence and any add-ons are items on one subscription and one invoice, issued through Stripe.

Modules per account

Ask for Labs or Wallet exposure from your account page or by e-mail. We add it to your subscription and it switches on for your account.

Questions before you buy

What does it cost?

There are two plans you can buy online: annual, paid in advance for twelve months, and monthly, paid in advance one month at a time. You choose between them on the registration page and see the price and the terms of each before you enter any payment details. Prices are net of VAT.

The subscription is for companies and institutions, and covers one named user. An annual subscription can also be invoiced monthly by agreement, and team licences are arranged individually — write to contact@jos-quantum.de. Labs and Wallet exposure are priced on request.

How is VAT handled?

Customers in Germany are charged German VAT. Businesses elsewhere in the EU that enter a valid VAT ID at checkout are invoiced without German VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. Customers outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.

Is there a minimum term?

Annual plan: twelve months, paid in advance for the year. The subscription then renews for a further twelve months unless it is cancelled with one month’s notice before the end of the term. An annual subscription invoiced monthly has the same twelve-month term.

Monthly plan: no minimum term beyond the month you have paid for. It renews month by month until you cancel it, with effect from the end of any month.

On either plan, access opens once the first payment is confirmed — at once by card, after a few business days by SEPA direct debit. The details are in the Terms of Service, which you accept at checkout.

How do I cancel?

Write to contact@jos-quantum.de from the account’s e-mail address: on the annual plan at least one month before the end of the current term, on the monthly plan before the start of the next month. The subscription ends at the end of that term or month, and your access runs until then.

Within 14 days of your first order you can also withdraw from it without giving reasons. The fee is refunded, less a pro-rata amount for the days you had access.

Who sends the invoice?

Invoices and receipts come from Stripe by e-mail, issued in the name of JoS QUANTUM GmbH. Past invoices can be downloaded from your account page at any time.

How can I pay?

By card or SEPA direct debit, entered on Stripe’s checkout page. Your card or bank details never reach us.

Who processes my data?

Payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, which processes payment data as an independent controller.

Account records: name, company, e-mail address, the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the subscription state, stored on Google Cloud Firestore in Frankfurt.

E-mail: sign-in links and the monthly update are sent from our own company mailbox (Google Workspace), not through a mailing-list or marketing service.

Details in the data & privacy notice.

Can I try it first?

Trials are set up after a short call, for seven days. Tell us what you are deciding through the form on the Intelligence page. Or sign up free and look at the Overview straight away.

How do I add Labs or Wallet exposure?

Both require an annual Intelligence subscription; they are not available on the monthly plan. Ask from your account page or write to contact@jos-quantum.de; we add the module to your existing subscription, on the same invoice, and it switches on for your account.
